Prevent the Dutch government from sharing data with the US

The United States government had declared the Italian anti-fascist collective to be 'terrorist'. Autistic/Inventati provides digital services to different activist collectives, including queer rights, feminism, abortion rights and anti-militarism.
The US sent out a request for mutual legal assistance (MLA) to the Dutch government. The Dutch police seized the server which had Autistici's data and is going to send this data to the US.
Data of queer rights organisations is at risk of being handed over to the US, where a regime that is hostile to the queer community is in power. Lemkin Institute even states the US is engaging in a trans genocide.

Als queer-gemeenschap maken wij ons ernstige zorgen over de overdracht van gevoelige gegevens van queerrechten, transrechten, vrouwenrechten, pro-abortus en andere organisaties aan de Verenigde Staten.
Wereldwijd zijn er diverse humanitaire organsiaties die gebruik maakten van de infrastructuur van het Italiaanse collectief Autistici/Inventati. De server van A/I is door de politie, in verband met een rechtshulpverzoek van de VS, in beslag genomen en er is een image van de data op de server gemaakt.
In de Verenigde Staten is een regime aan de macht dat uiterst vijandig is jegens queer en voornamelijk transgender personen. Het Lemkin Institute spreekt zelfs over een genocide tegen transgender personen.
Wij verzoeken dat deze data, die mogelijk gevoelige data van humanitaire organisaties, waaronder queerrechtenorganisaties, bevat niet met de Verenigde Staten wordt uitgeleverd.
